The service
A hosting subscription provides access to the plan and DirectAdmin package shown at checkout. Domain registration, migration, development work, managed maintenance, and third-party products are excluded unless the order says otherwise.
You must provide accurate account and billing details, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Billing and renewal
Plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Prices, taxes, and included items are shown before payment. Cancellation options are available through the billing portal and take effect according to the setting shown there.
Failed payments may enter a grace period. Bytegrounds may suspend a subscription that becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, fraudulent, or materially violates policy.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for its legality, licenses, security, updates, and independent backups. You grant Bytegrounds the limited permission needed to store, transmit, and administer that content to provide the service.
Availability and liability
Hosting depends on networks, software, hardware, DNS, certificate authorities, payment providers, and maintenance. No uninterrupted or error-free guarantee applies unless a separate written service level agreement says so.
To the extent permitted by law, Bytegrounds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event, except where law does not allow that limit.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect indicates acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@bytegrounds.com.
