Acceptable Use Policy

Bytegrounds is designed for legitimate websites and compatible web applications. These rules protect customers, the server, and the wider network.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the service for unlawful content or conduct; phishing; credential theft; malware; spam; harassment; exploitation; copyright infringement; evasion of platform limits; unauthorized scanning or access; denial-of-service activity; cryptomining; botnets; or material that sexualizes or exploits minors.

Resource and network conduct

Do not run workloads that destabilize shared resources, conceal abusive traffic, operate an open relay or proxy, or consume resources outside the purchased package. Automated traffic must respect applicable rules and third-party rights.

Enforcement

Bytegrounds may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, or terminate harmful activity. Urgent threats may be acted on without advance notice. Customers remain responsible for activity performed with their credentials and for responding to abuse reports.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse with the domain, relevant URLs, timestamps, and evidence to support@bytegrounds.com. Do not send passwords or private keys.
